Tempranillo "King Grape Of Spain"

Join Robert Houde, former sommelier of Charlie Trotter's and now Illinois importer for the Spanish wines of Jorge Ordonez, as he guides you through a tasting of Tempranillo - Spain's greatest red grape. This tasting will feature Tempranillo from each of its greatest growing areas including La Mancha, Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Toro. Participants will sample both value and luxury versions of this noble grape, and realize its distinct and profound expression in each of these great terroirs.
